Mr. E. A. Bailey preached recently at Chickering Hall on Charity. His purpose was the definition of Paul's idea of what constituted true charity, which consists not in almsgiving, nor in weak rosewater indifference to right, but in accomplishing the greatest good for the human race.

Another of Mr. Bailey's recent subjects was the Sin against the Holy Ghost, which he elaborated as the sin, not against the man Jesus, but against the Spirit of Truth which governed him.
