BRATTLEBORO, VT.

From the March 1886 issue of The Christian Science Journal

I had a case of rheumatism in the hip. The patient could not move the feet to walk, but was healed in five treatments.

A lady had been an invalid seventeen years. She could not feed herself, on account of spinal disease, and was almost entirely helpless; but was healed in one treatment, so that she dressed herself and walked into another room the same day. The next Saturday she was up all day, and did the work for her family of five; the next day, Sunday, she rode two miles to church, and said she was perfectly well. She still remains well, better then ever before, and it is over two months since she was healed.

Another lady, thrown from her carriage, could not rest on one side of her head, which was troubled also with bad feelings. Her physician said the result would be insanity. After the first treatment she said she could lie on that side, and she felt like a different woman. She is now almost entirely well.
