A testimony appeared in the Journal for January, 1903. which was attributed to Mrs. E. B. Tenny of Cleveland, O., and it appears that through some inexplicable error a part of the statement published over her name pertained to another person, and we therefore republish her testimony just as it was given, as follows:—
I think once cause that we should all have for great gratitude to God when we hear of these demonstrations made over seemingly terrible accidents is, that so many of us are spared from these trials. We have them, perhaps, in other ways, and find them just as hard to meet, but how grateful we ought to be that we do not have terrible suffering at times, that is brought by so-called accidents, and we know that God has taken care of us.
