During the four years that I have been in Christian Science I have received many benefits, and it is with the deepest gratitude that I write this testimony. I was healed of an organic disease of many years' standing, and for which I had undergone a severe surgical operation. Not finding the promised relief, a year after this painful experience I turned to Christian Science and was healed in two months. I was healed, also, of blood-poisoning ill a very severe form, the symptoms being so alarming that a physician who saw me at the time said I could not possibly recover if I trusted myself to Christian Science treatment. I was, however, completely healed in a short time. Hernia, together with an abscess which formed from the pressure of the truss, was healed, although it took longer, for there was so much fear to be destroyed.
I am thankful for the spiritual uplifting I have received through the study of the Bible, and our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and grateful to our dear Leader for giving us this healing truth.
