In August, 1907, I fell and injured my wrist very badly. The pain was intense, and my daughter wished to send for a doctor, but I asked her to telephone to a Christian Science practitioner for help. She did so, and although I had to lie down on account of the shock and pain, in less than half an hour I got up and told my daughter that the pain was less. Those who saw my hand at the time said that I would not be able to use, it at all for two months, but in two weeks I was doing all my housework. The healing was soon complete and the wrist gave me no further trouble.
For this healing and many other helps I am truly grateful, and I am indeed thankful that a knowledge of the truth, as explained in Christian Science, has come into my life.—Yankton, S. D.
