Overa year ago a trouble which I had felt off and on for some time became so serious that I consulted a physician, who said it was an affection of the nerves in my right arm and shoulder. He also said that as it was of long standing it would take a long time to cure; but the remedies he gave did not relieve me. I could not sleep night or day, and besides being in an agony of pain my arm was helpless, the least movement causing terrible suffering.
