It is with a grateful heart that I testify to what Christian Science has done for me and for my sister. Since youth I had suffered with severe attacks of headache; my lungs were weak, I had hemorrhages and a cough, and suffered very much with my stomach, so that it seemed impossible for me to do without medicines. I then applied to a Christian Science practitioner, feeling that she was God's instrument, and now I am freed of all my ailments. I also applied for treatment for my sister, after I had experienced God's love, omnipotence, and omnipresence, and began to understand the meaning of "Be not afraid, only believe."
My sister also was healed of her ills in a short time. She had suffered severe pain from the knees down to the feet, which rendered it impossible for her to walk or stand. She could not sleep, was troubled constantly with a stomach difficulty, headaches, and chills. The physicians could give no help, and she was in an almost desperate condition; but Christian Science healed her. This was a year ago, and now we both enjoy such good health as we never did before.
