It is with a heart full of gratitude that I testify to the blessings which have come to me through Christian Science. While riding on his bicycle, my son ran against an automobile. He was picked up unconscious and brought home. We telephoned to a physician, and he stated that there was a fracture of the ribs and an injury to the lungs. The condition seemed so serious that the physician feared it would prove fatal.
I had been studying Christian Science for several months, and firmly believing that help would come from that source, I applied for Christian Science treatment for the boy. The pain grew less after about two hours, and as the blood was discharged from the lungs, this greatly relieved him. The right arm, which he had been unable to move without help since the accident, improved daily, and the pain disappeared completely. No inflammation set in, although the physician declared we surely would have to expect it, and the boy's temperature was normal at all times. Two weeks later he was able to get up, and was healed.
