As I have had a wonderful demonstration of God's healing power I cannot refrain from giving my experience, in the hope that some one suffering from a similar ailment may be induced to try Christian Science. For many years I suffered from what is termed facial neuralgia. In August, 1913, I had a most violent attack, which lasted for many weeks. I was unable to eat, talk, or rest at all; the agony was beyond description, and anodynes were absolutely powerless. After all efforts to lessen the pain had failed, my daughter persuaded me to ask for help in Christian Science. She called a practitioner, and with six treatments, all but one absent, I was entirely healed, and there has been no return of the trouble.
My heart is filled with love and gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for her gift to suffering humanity, and my thankfulness to God for His wonderful love and power is beyond words to express. — Chicago, Ill.
