I would like to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. I have been healed of many ills, especially of a stomach disorder for which I was under medical treatment many years without receiving any benefit. It was a long time before I could grasp the truth, but with earnest study and the help of a kind practitioner I learned day by day more of the truth that makes us free. Through my wonderful, yet divinely natural healing my husband and five children became interested in Christian Science. My youngest child, now eleven years old, has never tasted medicine. A few months ago she had a serious attack of cold. To mortal sense it seemed to cause her great discomfort, as she could not breathe naturally, the nasal passages being closed and much inflamed. It was overcome in a few days by knowing that God is an ever present help in trouble.
I am very grateful to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who so kindly showed us the way, and am striving each day to get more understanding of God, who is the healing power.— Yorktown, Texas.
