This testimony is sent with a heart full of gratitude to God for the great blessings which I have received. I also realize what we owe Mrs. Eddy for her conscientious, loving life work, which has revealed the truth of Christian Science to us in such a practical way. For four years I suffered severely from gallstones. We called in a doctor, but he could not help me. He gave me an injection, and said I would have to go to the hospital as soon as possible to undergo an operation. As I did not want to do this, we asked a Christian Science practitioner for treatment, with the result that I was immediately healed and have never had any pain since.
I am deeply thankful to our Father-Mother God for this wonderful healing, and am also grateful to Mrs. Eddy.— Chicago, Ill.
