I feel it is my duty to send my testimony in. It will be three years the first of August since I was healed. It is wonderful what Christian Science has done for me. I had been ailing for twenty years and had received treatment from several doctors as well as specialists, but all to no avail. The doctors' laws were gallstones, chronic indigestion, chronic liver complaint, Bright's disease, paralyzed bowels, nervous prostration, heart failure, neuralgia, and other ailments.
The doctors said I would have to go under an operation and even that might not help me, so the fear of the knives drove me to Christian Science. I am very grateful for what Christian Science has done for me and to our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and I am also grateful that I can help others now.—
