I think it is a great privilege as well as a duty to testify to the healing efficacy of God's power as taught and demonstrated in Christian Science. Since coming into Christian Science ten years ago I have had many proofs of God's care. I have been healed of peritonitis and rheumatism, and also of a malignant disease of the skin, which appeared on my face. This trouble was so severe that it compelled me to turn more earnestly to God. Several different practitioners helped me in the overcoming of these difficulties, and I am most grateful for their patient and loving help and encouragement.
Christian Science has benefited me in every way, physically, financially, and spiritually, and I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy for revealing this beautiful truth to mankind. I have been greatly blessed by the church services, by our literature, and have derived great help from class teaching. I am specially grateful for our Leader's writings. I read them every day in connection with the Bible, and in this way I am learning more of God's goodness and of the "beauty of holiness." I am gaining a better understanding of our great Way-shower, Jesus of Nazareth, and of his wonderful life work. My earnest desire is that I may in some degree prove worthy of the many blessings I have received through Christian Science.— Dallas, Texas.
