I have had many proofs of the healing and regenerating power of Christian Science. Before I knew much about the subject a serious skin disease developed on my hands. This went on for some weeks, becoming acute and causing a great sense of nausea. I asked help from a Christian Science practitioner. In a few days my hands were perfectly normal and the skin clean and natural. This healing was brought about entirely by Christian Science treatment. Since then I have been completely healed of severe and frequent attacks of rheumatism, which had resulted in a weak heart. I have several times experienced instantaneous healings of pain, inflammation, and what seemed to be rapidly developing colds.
I am very deeply grateful to Christian Science for giving me a knowledge of spiritual law; also for a correct knowledge and understanding of God, and especially of God as fixed, divine Principle. I have never failed to get help and healing in times of need from the Christian Science texthook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." or some other of Mary Baker Eddy's works.
