I wish to express my gratitude to Christian Science for the help I receive daily through the study of the Lesson-Sermons and all the authorized literature. It is eight years since I began the study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I had what is called chronic appendicitis for several years. One day I was taken with a severe pain in my side. I asked a Christian Science practitioner for help about five o'clock in the afternoon; and about nine o'clock in the evening the pain left me.
For this healing and many others I am deeply grateful; but I am more grateful still for the spiritual uplift. Each day I love this truth more and desire more earnestly to apply it, because if I am faithful it meets every need.— Dallas, Ore.
