I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. Before coming into Christian Science I was suffering from a goiter. I was told to paint my neck with iodine every evening before retiring; and this I did for two years without any results. Then Christian Science was presented to me by one of the members of our family, and I readily accepted it. By the time I had finished reading the chapter on Prayer in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy the healing had taken place, and I threw away the iodine. I was deeply impressed with that first chapter, as I felt every word in it to be true. It is now eight years since that healing took place. Since then I have had manifold blessings.
I feel I owe endless gratitude to God; to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower; and to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who through her consecrated efforts discovered this truth, which is available to all mankind.— St. Paul, Minnesota.
