[Written for the Journal]

THE PRACTITIONER

From the November 1925 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Fill your eyes with heaven's smile;
Let its welcome well attend
Every stranger, foe, or friend,
Who would come to rest awhile.

Fill your heart with heaven's song,
That its pulsing may be heard
In your every spoken word,
That the feeble may be strong.

Blest and bright is God's abode;
Bid them come and worship there.
Lead them to the heavenly stair;
Lighten them of every load.
