Jesus said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." I am very happy to have proved that the truth frees from the bondage of material law.
Four years ago, I was healed of a broken back. Following an accident I was taken in an unconscious condition to a hospital. The doctors there said that my back was broken in two places. They said that as I was in too critical a condition to be moved, they would be unable to set it until morning: and I was not expected to live through the night.
A Christian Science practitioner was called, and until she could reach me my sister read and talked to me of the great power of Truth. The practitioner remained with me all night. The next morning the doctors took an X-ray photograph of my back and found that the bones had set perfectly. They called it a miracle. They then decided to let me lie without a cast or any other support. However, the material law was placed upon me that paralysis would probably set in so that I might never walk again, and that I would be flat on my back for at least six months. I never became paralyzed. In eleven weeks I walked out of the hospital; and in four and a half months I was swimming, diving, and dancing.
