I should like to tell of the way I came into Christian Science. I called at church to take my wife home. The next week I got there early and heard some testimonies, and thought them wonderful. The next week I took her there and stayed, and I have enjoyed most of the services and lectures since. Within the first two months a group of boys whom our son played with were discovered sitting in a tree smoking. I did not want the boy to smoke, but could not show him how wrong it was for I was a heavy smoker myself, smoking as many as fifty cigarettes a day. A great desire to be free from this habit came over me, and I was immediately healed. To me this was a wonderful demonstration of God's power. I am most grateful for the enlightenment I have received since becoming interested in Christian Science. — Detroit, Michigan.
