In our home, in the more than twenty-five years that we have been studying Christian Science, we have had many glorious glimpses of the "kingdom of heaven" spoken of by Jesus, and defined in part by our Leader as "the reign of harmony in divine Science" (Science and Health, p. 590). I had the blessing of attendance at the Christian Science Sunday School as a child, of membership in The Mother Church and a branch church, and of class instruction before leaving the Sunday school. I now have the privilege of teaching in the Sunday school and of helping the children to unfold in the truth.
My mother was healed after being pronounced beyond help by physicians and surgeons and given up to die. She had not walked from the time of my birth until I was three years old, and the incisions made by operations had never healed. After that healing she was forced to go into the business world and provide a living for herself and me, although she was untrained and unskilled. Employment and financial supply have been beautifully taken care of in all the years, through relying upon God for moral, physical, and spiritual support, and through acknowledging God's goodness at all times. Through her efforts I was enabled to obtain training at a university, and to be educated in music at the same time. I have been healed of many children's diseases, typhoidpneumonia, and double vision.— Cleveland, Ohio.
