The Annual Meeting of The Mother Church was held in the church edifice on Monday afternoon, June 4. As in previous years, there was a large attendance of members from all parts of the world; and the various reports, which showed the continuous progress of the movement, were listened to with keen appreciation.
The meeting was opened with the singing of the 160th hymn, "Satisfied," written by our Leader. The retiring President, Miss Mary G. Ewing, then read the following selections from the Bible, with correlative passages from the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy:
