Very early in my life I learned that Christian Science heals. One outstanding example was the healing of diseased adenoids. I was sent home from school with a note which said that an operation was necessary. My mother called a Christian Science practitioner, and not long afterward a substance that appeared to be cartilage was dislodged. Later the adenoids were pronounced normal.
During the years, I have had many added proofs that God is the only power. Through the help of Christian Science our home is a harmonious one and our family is healthy; and it is a great joy to us that our two lovely adopted children are being firmly grounded in the truth. When one of our children was five and a half years old he was healed of injuries, the result of an accident, through our understanding and declaration of the ever-presence of God, good.
I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy, whose great humility enabled her to listen to God and to give the wonderful truths of Christian Science to the whole world. I am also grateful for the Sunday School, for class instruction, and for the sincere workers in Christian Science.— San Francisco, California.
