It is now more than twenty years since my first testimony was published in the Christian Science Sentinel, and I should like to express again my deep gratitude for the blessed truth God gave to the world in the writings of our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy. My father was healed in one treatment of paralysis by my Christian Science teacher. Previous to this he had been healed of the liquor habit and of the need of wearing glasses.
I have enjoyed excellent health and have experienced a beautiful manifestation of supply as the direct result of the healing of family prejudice against Christian Science held by relatives of another faith. As I had faithfully endeavored to reflect divine Love towards these relatives at all times, the evidence of the healing came as a beautiful proof to me of the truth of our Leader's words on page 192 of Science and Health, "Whatever holds human thought in line with unselfed love, receives directly the divine power."
When quite a small child my daughter was healed of a critical illness by the faithful work of a Christian Science practitioner, and she grew up free from all so-called children's diseases. She is now happily married to an earnest student of Christian Science, and they are both active workers in a branch church.
