THE REALM OF MIND

From the March 1956 issue of The Christian Science Journal

To enter the kingdom of heaven we must recognize within ourselves a higher, purer, wider, and inspirational consciousness. The kingdom of heaven is at hand; it is within us; it is the realm of true being. It is the reign of Mind, which exists intact in the consciousness of the real man.

When we refer to the real man, we must not separate him from our own identity, our individuality, our nature, and our character. We shall not succeed in our demonstration of Christian Science unless we see the inseparability of Mind and man as cause and effect. Mind is not located in the brain or matter. Divine intelligence is the real Mind, demonstrable for all of us in the degree that we understand it.

The effect of Mind understood closes our thought to error and opens it to Truth. If our thinking is cluttered with the ways of this world, the opportunity is still there for Truth to enter and transform the human consciousness. Truth comes to change all mistaken views and to obliterate all erroneous pictures.
