Christian Science has indeed given me a glorious realization of God's presence, and I can only begin to tell of the blessings which have come to me and my family through its loving ministrations.
My mother had suffered from convulsive attacks for about fourteen years. Kind doctors had tried everything, but to no avail. She was completely healed through Christian Science treatment and became an active member of a branch church.
A year later I began to study Christian Science because I was discouraged and unhappy in my married life. We were heavily in debt as a result of a drinking problem which had gone on for some time. Through consistent prayer, study, regular attendance at a branch church, and living Christian Science to the best of our ability, the drinking habit was broken, our debts were paid, and our home became a very happy place. Our two young sons were enrolled in the Sunday School, and within four months one of them who wore glasses received a healing of defective sight. I shall ever be grateful to the consecrated Sunday School teachers, who discern God's perfect child.
