"Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name" (Ps. 103:1). Christian Science has brought me great joy and many blessings through the years, and I would like to tell about some of them. I would also like to say that there have been many healings which cannot be included here.
Before I found Christian Science, my family had always talked about my poor health. I had been studying this Science about a year when one day I received a letter from a practitioner. The letter closed with this wonderful sentence: "Today is God's day, and only good can come to us in the day which He has prepared for all His children."
I arranged some words into a little hymn of praise that went like this: "I rejoice because every hour divine Love sends me such good," and I found myself going about my work, quietly humming this little anthem of praise. This continued for about a month. One day I realized that something wonderful had happened to me and that I was entirely well.
