For the priceless gift of Christian Science, given to us through the consecration and selflessness of our revered Leader, to whom we all are forever indebted, it is difficult to find words befitting my sense of gratitude.
At a time when the outlook on life seemed very dark to me, a copy of the Christian Science textbook by Mrs. Eddy was placed in my hands by someone who wished to help me. Through the study of this textbook, together with the Bible, and with the help of a practitioner, my wife was restored to health and normal activity from a condition of semi-invalidism.
Christian Science is helping me to emerge from the darkness of material beliefs into the light of spiritual understanding. It is bringing health, harmony, and joy into my human experience.
