"My cup runneth over" (Ps. 23:5) with gratitude for the blessings that have been bestowed on my family and me during the past few years because of our wholehearted reliance on God.
A few years ago the thought became insistent that I further my education by obtaining a college degree in order to change my vocation from that of printer to writer. The relinquishment of my material means of support and the other necessary changes involved in such a move were awesome, and fear kept me from enrolling as a full-time student for some time.
However, this anxiety left me after I began serving a branch Church of Christ, Scientist, as its First Reader. At the time I assumed these duties, a person in the congregation remarked, "This reading experience will not leave you where it found you." This prophecy proved to be true.
