God is my Physician, and the administering of spiritual truths has been my sole remedy for the healing of every ailment and the solution of every problem for many years. I surely can echo Isaiah's words to God (26:3), "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee."
Having experienced an acute sense of distress from trials and afflictions in recent years, I feel I have gone through somewhat of a crucifixion, and I knew during this chaos that my great need was to draw closer to God, closer than ever before, through the most consecrated prayer and study.
A dear one passed on. During the affliction of this dear one, many were the tasks for me to do alone. I felt the going extremely steep, but through my persistent daily endeavor to obey the teachings of Science, coupled with marvelous help from a practitioner, I regained peace of mind. During this time of deep study I prayed over and over with the deepest sincerity this very fine affirmation (Matt. 26:39): "Not as I will, but as thou wilt."
