I have been a student of Christian Science for thirty years. During the Second World War, through the prayer of a Christian Science practitioner, I was afforded the most wonderful protection on numerous occasions. It was then that I knew I'd found the religion my wife and I were seeking.
My wife accepted Science soon after I did, and what a wonderful blessing this has been to us. We have had a very happy marriage and raised a family of three boys after being told by a physician we could never have children. God's great love has satisfied our every need. We both are deeply grateful for the teachings of our Master, Christ Jesus, and for God's revelation of Christian Science to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy.
This past year I returned from a journey through the Gibson Desert, and then north to the bottom of the Great Sandy Desert in central Western Australia. The purpose of my journey was to establish forward bases of fuel, oil, water, and food for a party of scientists to survey the area in about six weeks time.
