plunged far beyond
mere intellectual nodding
about Spirit, Truth.
For Jesus saw
the real man
(free, without flaw)—
his thought soared,
he realized perfection!
So, evil beliefs
had no chance to withstand
the clear gaze
of his deep, relentless,
firsthand seeing
of perfect, matterless man.
