Education for a spiritual era—beginning now

From the February 1987 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Many have traveled a long way for it. They are hungry for it. They are rapt in giving it their total attention. New lines of thought are opening up to them, new ways of seeing, a holier devotion to God, a renewed understanding of the naturalness of Christian healing—and above all a lucent spiritual joy.

Most class-taught Christian Scientists would feel their association day was all that and more.

Some feel it's like coming home to what one has always known and believed but finding it stronger, deeper, and better than remembered. How well the words of Isaiah fit the feeling: "Be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy." Isa. 65:18.
