Have you heard the Sentinel?

From the April 1994 issue of The Christian Science Journal

The Christian Science Sentinel was established by Mary Baker Eddy "... to hold guard over Truth, Life, and Love..."

This distinctly important mission applies not only to the print version of the Sentinel but to the Christian Science Sentinel— Radio Edition, which can be heard over shortwave and many local commercial radio stations nationwide.

The program consists of interviews and features that look at a wide range of important concerns in the light of Christian Science. Also included are testimonies of healing, a segment focusing on the Bible, and often a hymn and a Letterbox section that answers listeners' questions. Shortwave programs are broadcast weekly. One broadcast per month is chosen for sale in audio cassette form in Christian Science Reading Rooms as well as for individual subscription fulfillment.

You can find program listings in The Christian Science Journal, or you can visit a Reading Room to borrow or purchase a cassette. Subscriptions to the Sentinel radio cassette are available for US$96 per year (12 cassettes). You can order a subscription by calling 1-800-456-4851 in the U.S. and Canada. In other countries, call our London Office at 0(81)-543-9393.
