Some years ago I had a healing of deafness.
Hearing had first stopped in one ear, and I depended on the other. This went on for some years. Then the hearing in the other ear left as well. I was at a church meeting at the time, and thought that the members were having some fun by trying to lip-read. Then I suddenly realized that I was the one who was lip-reading, and it wasn't funny. My fear was great.
After a week, I began to believe that although I'd had numerous healings in the past, this problem was too difficult for Christian Science to heal. It was then that I called a Christian Science practitioner for prayerful help.
