Poems

Without measure

From the January 1995 issue of The Christian Science Journal

"For by grace are ye saved through faith;
... it is the gift of God" (Eph. 2:8).

"God only waits for man's worthiness
to enhance the means and measure of His
grace" (Miscellaneous Writings by Mrs. Eddy, p. 154).

Serenity is grace in repose
Wisdom is grace that knows
Joy is grace singing
Gratitude is grace winging

Patience is grace in depth
Forgiveness is grace with breadth
Order is grace in precision
Courage is grace with decision

Accomplishment is grace glorified
Love is grace satisfied
Promise and fulfillment—measureless increase
God's free gift—the grace of peace.
