There have been more healings in my life than I can remember—most of them were not particularly dramatic, although each one was very important to me at the time it occurred. Nothing is more welcome than a need being met.
I was healed of tonsillitis when on leave in the Army. Being ill made the leave pretty dismal. But the strength I gained through study of the Bible and Science and Health as I prayed during that experience was invaluable to me during the rest of my time in the Army.
Christian Science helped me with my academic studies in high school, college, and law school. I have experienced protection on city streets and while climbing mountains. And there have been many instances when our children were comforted and healed.
