Did it ever occur to you that an act of yours could change a person's life for the better and bring him infinite blessings?
I didn't even imagine some years ago that my love for my neighbor could bring such blessings by sharing a book. I'm talking about Science and Health. When I was twelve years old, I received the Bible, together with Science and Health, from a Sunday School teacher in the branch Church of Christ, Scientist, I attend. I remember reading Science and Health several times during the night, not wanting to stop. Understanding the Bible through reading it gave me peace and brought healing to a member of my family. The medical diagnosis had been that recovery was improbable—that the difficulty would possibly last for years. Today, twenty years after this person's quick healing, I can't help being immensely grateful for having acquired these books.
