Letters

From the September 1998 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Thank you for the beautiful and inspiring cover photos on recent issues of The Christian Science Journal. They lead to an expectancy of spiritual truths within the pages.

The May issue is special. The opening stages of the blossom clearly speak of spiritual unfoldment. I love it! The tree pictured on the June issue is much larger than it was when I last saw it at Arches National Park, Utah. It appears to be growing out of solid rock, but its roots have found nourishment in the deep-down, good soil; and it grows. Also, the painting "Toward Carefree" on the March cover is a familiar sight to us in Arizona, where we are constantly reminded of "the good in life" [mentioned on the cover] and the beauty everywhere.
