My introduction to Science and Health was at a lecture at the city hall in my hometown. I went home with my own copy of the book, feeling that a new world had been revealed to me, and I wanted to study, and learn the answers to all my questions. Not long after finding Science and Health, I fell on a patch of ice and was unable to move any part of my body. I studied Science and Health. I said out loud, "Help me God, I've done all I can." I heard within me, "I am helping you."
The next morning I answered the front door and received a bouquet of flowers. As I was carrying them to the sink, I realized that I had been able to get up and walk. I knew then that I had been touched by something very wonderful. Two weeks later, I turned in bed and heard a loud crack. It was a bone popping back into place. The same thing happened again, and I then knew I was completely healed.
