I've often been benefited by the prayers of Christian Science healers. But I've also been healed many times by going straight to God myself. Either way, I know I'm in good hands when I put my trust in God. He fills all space, so none of us can ever be separated from Him. Each of us has a one-on-one relationship with Him. The Bible puts it this way: "In him [God] we live, and move, and have our being." Acts 17:28.
Young children naturally turn to their parents when in need and, under normal circumstances, find help. Whatever our age, we also have a Parent we can turn to no matter what the trouble, and we'll get the help we need. That perfect Parent is God, whose love for us never fluctuates.
There's no middle man between us and God.
