Mentors for spiritual healers

From the May 2002 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Hair, Prayer, And Hot Air. That's the way the owner of a beauty salon, a group of Christian Science practitioners, and three lawyers—all of whom are neighbors in an office building—jokingly describe their work together.

"This little exchange symbolizes a nice feeling in our office of being a real and normal part of the area," says Nate Talbot, a Christian Science practitioner and teacher in Boise, Idaho. Talbot is one of a growing number of Christian Science practitioners and teachers who are mentoring new spiritual healers.

I'd say to someone who is afraid to be a spiritual healer, "Don't be afraid."
