Thank you for the wonderful article in the September Journal: "Thousands of good Samaritans join hearts around the globe" [p.6]. I especially loved the article "Five smooth stones" by Rebecca Odegaard [p. 42]. It was beautiful. All the articles really spoke to me.

The new Journal has an article on "The Samaritan, revised" by Rosalie E. Dunbar [September, p. 51]. I wanted to pass along a website concerning historical antiquities, including Samaria and the Samaritans: www.livius.org. If you are not already familiar with it, the site is sponsored by a historian in Holland who seems to have researched in great depth many antiquities along this line.
