Through the Board of Lectureship, More than 2,000 branch churches, societies, groups, and college campus organizations in about 100 countries sponsor lectures around the globe. The Mother Church makes available its support of lecturing in a wide range of services to help sponsors provide effective lectures for their community. Support services include:
Online lecture planning: www.churchofchristscientist.org/lectureplanning; this site includes a complete list of lecturers and their biographical information for distribution; a worldwide schedule of lecture events; an online planner with tips, samples, and information to help with every aspect of putting on a lecture; assistance with planning all types of lectures, including Internet lectures, workshops, panel discussions, and more; and access to Publicly Speaking, the Board of Lectureship's monthly e-mail newsletter, which includes reports from branch churches on successful lectures.
