The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts, announced on September 11, 2006, an agreement to sell a home formerly occupied by its Founder, Mary Baker Eddy, to the Longyear Foundation of Brookline, Massachusetts. The home—at 12 Broad Street, in Lynn—was occupied by Mrs. Eddy from 1875 to 1882. The sale price will be $700,000.
