Sometimes it speaks to us in a whisper, not the roar we expect. Do we expect the Holy Ghost always to come with force and volume because that's the way Luke, the New Testament's physician-journalist, witnessed the Comforter's appearance on the day of Pentecost: "a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind" (Acts 2:2)?
