I strongly relate to the spiritual journey in “A Life Transformed” (Courtenay Rule, November 2010, p. 60).
When my physics professor argued that time wasn’t real, well, my reaction was a predictable: “Get real, Prof!”
Then the lecturer’s ultimate punch line hit me: viz., time is an intrinsic outcome of matter tearing itself apart following the big bang. “Without matter,” the Professor continued, “time simply doesn’t exist.”
