Letters

From the April 2016 issue of The Christian Science Journal

The Journal is planning to have a new column called “Learning from what Jesus said.” Whether you’re inspired by the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus’ parables, or what the master Christian said during the last supper—or something else entirely—we’re interested in hearing how Christ Jesus’ words have brought meaning and depth to your practice of Christian Science. Sharing healing experiences that relate to the topic is welcome but not required. See http://jsh.christianscience.com/submit for submission information.

Thank you very much for James Spencer’s response in the February Journal to a question about the difference between human and divine goodness.

When I was a new student, a very devoted and kind Christian Science practitioner indicated that there is a difference; however, I did not understand it as well as I am beginning to now.
