The Bible is filled with promises of God’s goodness, might, and care for man. We live in divine Love, and as First John declares, “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear” (4:18).
Prophets and apostles trusted the promises in the Scriptures, and accounts of their experiences give evidence of God’s reliability. “God can be trusted to keep his promise,” affirms Hebrews 10:23 (New Living Translation).
Knowing that the same Mind that guided Moses on his mission would also guide me on mine, I felt reassured.
