From the Treasurer of The Mother Church The Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy makes the following provision for Per Capita Tax ( Art. VIII, Sect.

SUNDAY SCHOOL AND READING ROOM WORKSHOP MEETINGS Members of The Mother Church and its branches are invited to attend the workshop meetings held by the Sunday School and Reading Room Divisions of the Department of Branches and Practitioners of The Mother Church. The meetings convene every Friday afternoon (except holidays and then on the preceding Thursday) at one o'clock and three o'clock respectively in the vestry of the original edifice of The Mother Church.

From the Treasurer of The Mother Church The Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy makes the following provision for Per Capita Tax ( Art VIII, Sect 13 ): "Every member of The Mother Church shall pay annually a per capita tax of not less than one dollar, which shall be forwarded each year to the Church Treasurer. " Payments may be sent during the year at any time between January 1 and December 31.

NOTICE Lectures in Europe Members of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship assigned to Great Britain, Ireland, and the Continent are announced in June, following the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church. Clerks of branch churches and of societies in those countries should then make applications promptly so that they will be received by the lecturers before July 1.

Officers of branch churches and individuals who have occasion to correspond with The Christian Science Board of Directors, with the Clerk and the Treasurer of The Mother Church, and with the heads of departments of The Mother Church Offices are requested to place their addresses on their letters and to write their signatures plainly . Women are requested to use the title "Miss" or "Mrs.

Testimony Meetings Meetings at which testimonies of Christian Science healing are given, are held in Christian Science churches on Wednesdays. A cordial invitation to attend these meetings, as well as the Sunday services, is extended to all.
