From the Treasurer of The Mother Church Per Capita Tax is provided for by Mary Baker Eddy in the Manual of The Mother Church (Art VIII, Sect. 13), reading as follows: "Every member of The Mother Church shall pay annually a per capita tax of not less than one dollar, which shall be forwarded each year to the Church Treasurer.
HEAR THE TUESDAY EVENING MEETING ENTITLED "THE SPIRITUAL MISSION OF CHURCH" Thousands of members from many parts of the world gathered in The Mother Church on June 5, 1962, to hear the Tuesday Evening Meeting entitled "The Spiritual Mission of Church. " These members came to the Annual Meeting to hear the report of progress of our Church and to dedicate themselves anew to the continuing advancement of our movement.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE MOTHER CHURCH Church membership is a rewarding experience. Sometimes a student may wonder, "Am I good enough to become a member of The Mother Church?" The requirements are simple: a deep desire for spiritual progress, regular study of the weekly Lesson-Sermon, outlined in the Christian Science Quarterly, and earnest reliance upon Christian Science alone for healing.

APPLICATIONS FOR LECTURES IN JULY AND AUGUST Churches, societies, and college organizations in the United States and Canada wishing to give lectures during the first two months of the next lecture year, namely July and August, 1962, are requested to inform the Board of Lectureship before May 18. Applicants will be advised about June 11 of the lecturers who will be available during July and August.
